Not satisfied with your order or ordered the wrong size? No worries! At Stella Boutique New York, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

Returns — 4 Easy Steps

  1. Send an email to info@stella-boutique-newyork.com. Our team will send you a return form. Please read the return conditions carefully before proceeding.
  2. Fill out the return form completely.
  3. Ship your item(s) and the completed return form to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs and must include a Track & Trace code.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will refund your purchase within 5 business days.

Exchanges for Size — 4 Easy Steps

  1. Email info@stella-boutique-newyork.com with your order number and the correct size you'd like. Our team will send you an exchange form.
  2. Fill out the exchange form.
  3. Ship the incorrect item(s) and the completed form to the address provided. Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code.
  4. We'll send out the correct size once your return is received and processed.

Exchanges for Damaged Items — 4 Easy Steps

  1. Email info@stella-boutique-newyork.com with clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item, along with a brief description of the issue.
  2. Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll process a free replacement.
  3. A new replacement item will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
  4. You will receive new tracking details once your replacement has been dispatched.

Important Notes

  • A completed return/exchange form must be included in the package.
  • Contact us at info@stella-boutique-newyork.com to request a form.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), Stella Boutique will cover the return shipping.
