Shipping, Returns & Order Info

When will I receive my order?

Our average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

In 99% of cases, orders arrive within this time frame. In rare cases, delays may occur due to temporary stock shortages. If this happens, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 days.

If your order is lost in transit, we will send a free replacement.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always FREE and includes a Track & Trace number. We ship with trusted partners such as UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Please email us at info@stella-boutique-newyork.com before sending anything back.
  • Include a reason for return so we can process your request quickly.
  • Returns must include a Track & Trace code; the sender is responsible for return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned goods in good condition.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to our fast fulfillment process, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed.

Received a damaged item?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@stella-boutique-newyork.com with clear photos or a short video of the damaged item.
  2. Our team will validate the issue with our quality control department.
  3. Once approved, we’ll ship a FREE replacement.
  4. We’ll send you the new tracking number once your replacement is on the way.

Please note: We do not require the damaged product to be returned.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Use your email address and order number to check the status.

If tracking doesn’t show any updates, please allow some time for the carrier to register the shipment. Occasionally, delays or temporary errors may occur in systems such as DHL or USPS.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect your order within the designated time (usually 5–7 days), we cannot issue a refund for the unclaimed package.
